"I cannot comment on car insurance, but I would strongly advise against seeking life insurance from Matt. My parents held several policies with State Farm, and following my father's death, the lack of compassion and professionalism displayed was shocking. My mother visited the office shortly after his passing to retrieve necessary documents and was unexpectedly asked to sign another form without any clarification, resulting in her losing a significant amount of money. Instead of taking responsibility, Matt attempted to shift the blame to another company, showing no accountability for his or his team's actions. In my interactions with him, he has repeatedly sent sensitive information intended for my mother to my personal email by mistake. Ironically, his email signature states, "Some Husbands and Wives Do Not Believe in Life Insurance: All Widowers and Widows Do." However, what value does life insurance hold if the agent mishandles it, causing financial loss for the surviving spouse? In my view, it would be prudent to seek assistance from another local State Farm agent."
